| These specific Terms & Conditions complete the Terms & Conditions of Brodeo. By participating in the contest you accept the following:
- The closing date for entries is September 15th, 2005.
- All submitted entries must be previously unpublished artwork. The organizers reserve the right to eliminate works known to have been published elsewhere, without notice to the author(s), and to revoke the awarded prize(s), should a previous publication of the work(s) be discovered after the completion of the Brodeo T-Shirt Design Contest.
- By participating in the Brodeo T-Shirt Design Contest you hereby authorize the organizers of the Brodeo T-Shirt Design Contest and Brodeo to use and sell your work as printed material, published online in an online shop on the website Brodeo and other partners' websites, and any form of media that will help promote and market Brodeo or the contest. Brodeo will not use submitted designs that do not win except to help promote and market Brodeo or future Brodeo contests. The organizers of the Brodeo T-shirt Design Contest, Brodeo, Sponsors, and partners will not remunerate, in any form, artists for published and sold artwork except as detailed in the prizes section.
- The Brodeo T-shirt Design Contest is open to entrants of all ages and geographic origins, except where prohibited by local laws (void in any country where participation is prohibited). It is the responsibility of the entrant(s) to make sure that the aims, process, and prizes of the Brodeo T-shirt Design Contest are not in conflict with the entrant's local competition laws and/or policies.
- The judges' decisions, the public vote and Brodeo special mentions are final. No critique will be offered, and no reasoning behind the decisions will be disclosed to competition participants.
- Prize winners will be notified by email within 15 days of winners list announcement on September 23rd 2005. The winners must respond within 7 days from the date of notification. Prizes will be mailed to winners within 30-90 days of the individual winner's acknowledgement of award(s).
- The prizes are final and cannot be substituted by cash or other alternative prizes.
- Anyone directly associated with the Brodeo T-shirt Design Contest and/or with Brodeo is not allowed to participate by submitting work.
- Participating in the contest is completely free, but participants must be registered users of the Brodeo website.
- All valid entries will submitted to the jury, which will determine the winners. The global quality of the visitors votes will be used to determine the winner of the "Public Vote." This is the only valid procedure for participating in the contest and attributing prizes. Participating in the contest must be done through this website. The decision of the organizer about the winners is irrevocable and final.
- Brodeo reserves the right to eliminate an entry that does not comply with the Exhibitions guidelines or with the Brodeo T-shirt Design Contest Rules.
